This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assemble and develop a team dedicated to assisting customers in operationalizing and supporting AIDR and the wider CrowdStrike Falcon platform, which includes the analysis and investigation of AI-driven alerts and detections within the customer SOC environment.

• Offer practical, tactical support to team members to ensure they provide exceptional services to our most significant customers utilizing AIDR and the Falcon platform.

• Provide direct technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting assistance to customers and partners regarding AIDR capabilities and the Falcon platform.

• Create, operationalize, and manage service offerings for CrowdStrike Platform Professional Services teams, concentrating on AI-driven detection and response use cases.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with CrowdStrike product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to guarantee successful delivery outcomes.

• Supervise and mentor team members to enhance their skill sets in AI/ML-driven security operations and maximize their performance.

• Anticipate the professional services needs of customers by leveraging new CrowdStrike AIDR features, Falcon module releases, and advancing AI capabilities.

• Work closely and collaboratively with the Operational Services team to create customer-facing materials and AIDR-specific playbooks and documentation.

• Provide high-quality services while consistently gathering feedback from customers, partners, and CrowdStrike team members to improve offerings continuously.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, and/or equivalent military or work experience.

• Must currently possess or be able to obtain the necessary security clearances as required by the customer.

• Over 7 years of professional experience in professional services.

• At least 4 years of experience in technology and/or SOC leadership managing a team of direct reports.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in security operations, detection engineering, or incident response, with exposure to AI/ML-driven detection and response platforms or SIEM/SOAR solutions (such as CrowdStrike AIDR, Falcon platform, Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight, LogRhythm, Exabeam, etc.).

• Experience with a wide array of SaaS technologies, including EDR, SIEM, IAM, Vulnerability Management, Asset Management, SOAR, and AI-driven security tools.

• Practical knowledge of infrastructure services and applications hosted in AWS, GCP, and Azure, as well as traditional on-prem IT environments, such as directory services, database servers, containerization, authentication providers, networking, and data storage.

• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts applied to cybersecurity, including behavioral analytics, anomaly detection, and automated response orchestration.

• Experience collaborating on software development projects and field engineering teams.

• Background in working with pre-sales teams on technical scoping and requirements gathering.

• A proven leader capable of inspiring, guiding, and mentoring a high-performing organization while establishing strong cross-functional relationships for collaborative work.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.

• Strong business acumen with the ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion, and maintain confidentiality.

• Extensive knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
