Manager, Platform Professional Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Assemble and expand a team dedicated to helping clients implement and support CrowdStrike technologies.

• Provide direct, hands-on assistance alongside all members of the Platform Professional Services team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our clientele.

• Collaborate across various CrowdStrike departments to guarantee successful delivery results.

• Guide and mentor team members to enhance their skill sets and optimize performance.

• Proactively anticipate customer needs by staying informed about new CrowdStrike technologies.

• Offer technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting support directly to customers during the deployment of the CrowdStrike Falcon platform and its associated applications.

• Oversee customer projects both in a direct capacity and in a project leadership role.

• Work closely and collaboratively with customer IT teams.

• Assist both CrowdStrike Incident Response and Compromise Assessment teams in deploying Falcon, Falcon Forensics Collectors, and Cloud Collector tools.

• Collaborate with the Platform Professional Services team to create customer-facing materials.

• Facilitate skills workshops for the Platform Professional Services team.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• 10 years of experience in IT deployments or in an end-user/customer environment.

• 3 years of experience managing a team of direct reports.

• Strong grasp of employee management principles.

• Comprehensive understanding of software deployment technologies.

• Extensive knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.

• Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to forge collaborative relationships.

• Expert in presenting technical content to diverse audiences.

• Extensive experience in computer and network systems security.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying solutions for unusual and complex issues.

• Proactive and meticulous in managing workload and prioritizing customer projects.

• Experience mentoring senior team members.

• Significant experience in leading a team to successfully complete projects.

• High level of motivation; self-starter; results-oriented.

• Preferred technical experience in endpoint protection, operating systems, software deployment, development technologies, compliance, and databases.
