This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Develop and expand a team dedicated to assisting customers in operationalizing and supporting all CrowdStrike products, which encompass all modules of Falcon, Identity, Cloud, Next-Gen SIEM, and LogScale.
• Collaborate closely with the professional services leadership team to strengthen the organization, enhance programs, boost efficiencies, and deliver outstanding, customer-centric services.
• Lead cross-functional teams within CrowdStrike to ensure successful delivery outcomes and maximize the value of customer engagements.
• Manage and mentor team members to broaden their skill sets and optimize performance.
• Initiate internal projects to improve delivery methods, implement automation, fortify security measures, and enhance time-to-value, leveraging AI and other technologies.
• Proactively identify customer needs by monitoring new CrowdStrike technologies and designing innovative service offerings.
• Oversee a portfolio of customer projects from both a leadership and tactical perspective.
• Directly engage with customers, providing assistance with pre-sales, presenting solutions, structuring deals, managing project initiation, and overseeing all phases of project delivery.
• Collaborate with global sales and marketing teams to create service communications, deliver presentations, align customer requirements with solutions, and finalize opportunities.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Over 8 years of experience in the security industry in a professional services or related role.
• In-depth understanding of employee management principles with a proven ability to lead teams effectively.
• Experience collaborating with pre-sales teams on technical scoping and requirements collection, as well as managing post-sales transitions.
• Proven experience in managing technical deployments, tracking time, and overseeing projects from initiation to completion.
• Ability to develop documentation and transfer knowledge of deployments to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Experience in translating insights from customer requirements and experiences into constructive feedback for product and engineering teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
