This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Consulting & Conceptualization: You will provide our clients with professional and strategic advice on the design and optimization of their planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.

• Solution Design for SAC Planning & BI: You will design and implement innovative planning applications using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for Planning, as well as sophisticated BI solutions to support decision-making.

• Project Management & Acquisition: You will acquire and lead challenging client projects from requirements analysis through to conception and successful go-live, actively participating in implementation and configuration.

• Team Building & Development: You will take on the technical leadership and development of our consulting team in the area of Planning & Performance Management, nurturing talent and ensuring their technical and methodological advancement.

• Presales & Business Development: You will actively support presales activities and further develop our offerings related to corporate governance and SAP Analytics Cloud.

• Network & Sales Channels: You will build new sales channels in collaboration with strong partners like SAP, DSAG, or industry associations, maintaining these relationships.

• Knowledge Multiplier & Expert: You will position yourself and nfaculty as a thought leader in the field of Planning & Performance Management by designing and conducting expert presentations, webinars, and training sessions.

• Perspective: You have a clear opportunity to advance to Director with comprehensive, including commercial, responsibilities within our organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed university degree – your field of study is less critical than your proven expertise.

• At least 5 years of relevant professional or practical experience with a strong focus on corporate governance, controlling, or financial planning – preferably from a consulting or line function.

• Solid knowledge and hands-on project experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (especially SAC Planning) and/or other relevant planning and BI tools (e.g., SAP Business Warehouse, Power BI, Tagetik, Board).

• A good understanding of the relevant financial and controlling processes in SAP S/4HANA.

• A very good understanding of business processes, key performance indicator systems, and modern methods of corporate planning and performance management.

• Knowledge of the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) is a significant advantage.

• Initial experience in the technical guidance of teams or leading (sub-)projects, along with the ambition to build and develop a team.

• Strong customer orientation, communication, and presentation skills to effectively engage as a competent point of contact and advisor at all organizational levels.

• Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, a "hands-on" mentality, and the desire to make a real impact in a start-up environment.

• Fluent German and English skills (each at least C1 level).

• Willingness to travel for client-specific workshops, team events, and internal functions (your home base is remote).
