Manager, Pharmacy Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the strategizing and implementation of initiatives aimed at optimizing the pharmaceutical supply chain.

• Combine clinical utilization evaluations with intricate financial analyses to provide strategic recommendations based on data.

• Act as a strategic partner to pharmacy teams and executive leadership.

• Offer clinical and operational expertise for solution design, onboarding programs, and support for long-term initiatives.

• Manage enterprise-wide risk associated with pharmaceutical procurement, drug shortages, and recalls.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain patient safety protocols.

• Collaborate with healthcare provider teams to enhance supply chain operations and reduce non-payroll expenses.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent with 3 years of cumulative experience, or an Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience, or 7 years of relevant cumulative job-specific experience required.

• A minimum of 3 years of leadership or management experience is preferred.

• Credentialing in Reg Health Info Tech from the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) is preferred.

• Bachelor of Science in pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree is required.

• At least 3 years of professional experience in pharmacy, both clinical and operational.

• Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time.
