This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Develop and execute the pharmaceutical wholesale strategy for Germany, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Propel revenue growth through strategic planning, effective operational execution, and robust portfolio management.
• Establish and implement strategies for pricing and margin management.
• Cultivate and sustain crucial strategic customer relationships.
• Take ownership of revenue, profit, and wholesale P&L objectives.
• Enhance existing customer relationships while forging new business partnerships.
• Lead the S&OP processes to guarantee high customer satisfaction and effective delivery alignment.
• Assess market conditions, pricing, and performance trends to maximize results.
• Supervise planning, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI monitoring.
• Direct and expand the wholesale business in collaboration with cross-functional and international partners.
• Demonstrated success in a management position within wholesale, ideally in an international setting with a proven track record.
• Experience in a regulated industry is beneficial, particularly in the cannabis sector.
• Genuine interest in cannabis.
• Proficient in both German and English (spoken and written).
• Excel in an autonomous role while effectively navigating a matrix organization.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Skilled in MS Office and experienced with CRM systems.
