This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Cultivate the appropriate culture and working environment within the WWF Network by ensuring the integration of our established network values, behaviors, and standards.
• Formulate effective People and Culture (P&C) standards, policies, procedures, and platforms to attract, develop, and retain the best talent for the organization.
• Establish an optimal working environment that enables staff to perform at their peak, thereby maximizing their contributions to conservation objectives.
• The individual in this role will have comprehensive oversight, control, and supervision of monthly payroll operations for both Global and Local contracts, ensuring accuracy and timely payments across all countries, as well as developing necessary reports and dashboards.
• They will oversee the efficient management of the P&C helpdesk ticketing system, facilitating prompt triaging, assignment, and resolutions to enhance employee experience, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and employee net promoter scores.
• The role entails responsibility for the control, supervision, and optimization of People & Culture administrative processes and procedures, including the upkeep of employment contracts in line with local employment regulations.
• Furthermore, this position will coordinate the management of global relationships with external service providers, addressing contractual matters, issue resolution, contract renewals, and service quality monitoring, while also leading a small team of specialists.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field (with a preference for payroll management & shared services experience).
• At least 7 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong understanding of multi-country payroll structures, contract management, and employment law.
• Proven experience in managing complex requests and diverse expectations from multiple communication channels within an international organizational context.
• Experience working in an HR shared services environment and managing remote teams across various global locations.
• In-depth knowledge and strong experience in employment law.
• Associate CIPD qualification or higher, or another relevant/equivalent HR professional certification (preferred).
