This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
⢠Act as the primary operational liaison for Canopieās health plan and program partners, managing daily communications and maintaining ongoing relationships.
⢠Organize and facilitate regular partner check-ins and quarterly business reviews (QBRs), preparing and delivering program performance materials.
⢠Monitor partner commitments, outstanding items, and follow-ups; proactively identify risks and drive solutions across internal teams.
⢠Oversee onboarding processes for new partners, collaborating with clinical, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless program rollouts.
⢠Keep organized partner documentation, including program configurations, contact information, and escalation histories.
⢠Manage the production, packaging, and presentation of both recurring and ad hoc reports for partnersācovering member engagement, utilization, retention, and outcomesāwhile collaborating with Strategy/Analytics on metric definitions and supporting analyses.
⢠Based on that analysis, proactively highlight and interpret successes and areas requiring attention across the partner portfolio, presenting this information to partners before they inquire.
⢠Create and maintain clear, accurate dashboards and reports that instill confidence in partners regarding their program performance.
⢠Assist in internal reporting to guide clinical operations and leadership decision-making.
⢠Over 5 years of experience in account management, partner success, client operations, or healthcare program administration.
⢠Prior experience in healthcare is beneficial; a Master's in Public Health or other health-related degrees is advantageous.
⢠Comfortable working with data; able to translate metrics and analyses into clear, accurate narratives for a non-technical audience.
⢠Capable of understanding and articulating business value to sophisticated stakeholders; able to learn what makes Canopie valuable to payers and partners and effectively communicate that story with credibility. Direct healthcare experience is a plus but not mandatory.
⢠Strong instincts in program management; able to manage multiple parallel partner workstreams across product, clinical, marketing, and analytics, while ensuring all processes remain on track without losing handoffs.
⢠Familiarity with reading and working with contracts and SOWs; aware of commitments made and how metrics are defined.
⢠Confident and clear communicator in writing, through visual presentations, and in calls; skilled in managing partner relations without over-promising.
⢠Highly organized and dependable in a remote setting; effectively track follow-ups, close loops, and prevent oversights.
