This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, mentor, and empower a high-achieving team of Partner Relationship Managers.
• Directly oversee and nurture PRMs, promoting engagement, learning, and accountability.
• Provide coaching and guidance to team members on partner management, conflict resolution, escalation procedures, and communication with executives.
• Establish team KPIs, benchmarks, and performance metrics that emphasize partner satisfaction, execution of data integration, and retention rates.
• Manage team workload, resource distribution, and portfolio assignments efficiently.
• Act as an executive escalation point for intricate operational, technical, or relationship challenges involving TPAs and Data Partners.
• Standardize and enhance PRM workflows, governance models, and best practices for monitoring EDI/ETL and resolving issues.
• Collaborate across functions with Product, Finance, Operations, Engineering, and Client Success teams.
• Conduct portfolio assessments to identify risks to partner satisfaction and maintain plans for risk mitigation.
• Foster partner adoption and standardization across tools, products, and integrated workflows.
• Minimum of 3 years of direct people management experience leading client-facing or partner-facing teams in Customer Success, Account Management, or Partner Management.
• At least 5 years of experience in the healthcare insurance, health benefits, or Third-Party Administrator sectors.
• Experience as a Pharmacy Benefit Manager is highly preferred.
• Strong familiarity with technical data file exchanges, including EDI, ETL, or API integrations.
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• An advanced degree such as an MBA or MHA is preferred.
• Proven ability to inspire, develop, and retain talent while promoting a collaborative and accountable team culture.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Experience presenting to and negotiating with senior operational leadership.
• High emotional intelligence and experience in mediating high-stakes operational conflicts.
• Capability to take initiatives from concept through execution while establishing structure and governance to scale partner operations.
• Proficient in structured root-cause analysis and sustainable cross-functional problem-solving.
