This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take on a vital role in Quince’s expansion by overseeing one of the largest channels, which has seen a 400% year-over-year growth and has significant potential for continued development.
• Assist in the comprehensive Paid Search strategy, including Shopping (PLA) and Text Ads, enhancing performance, scalability, and innovation across platforms such as Google and emerging engines like Bing and Brave.
• Over 5 years of experience managing Paid Search initiatives with substantial budgets, emphasizing product listing ads.
• Solid understanding of feed-based advertising and optimization at the product level.
• Demonstrated expertise in title testing, image testing, and structured experimental approaches.
• Proven experience in creating and managing highly detailed PLA account architectures.
• Background in handling large product catalogs within an e-commerce context.
• Proficient in implementing strategies to enhance Quality scores, CTRs, and managing a vast portfolio of cross-category keywords.
• Strong command of Google Adwords and Google Ads Editor, as well as familiarity with Bing Ads.
• Comprehensive knowledge of best practices for Paid Search campaign management and optimization.
• Excellent analytical abilities, with a focus on using data to inform decision-making.
• A proactive self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, results-driven environment.
• Well-developed program management and organizational skills, enabling effective handling of multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities.
• A mindset geared towards testing, learning, and scaling.
• High proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.
• Experience with Google Ads scripts.
