Manager – Operations, Trade Operations, Exports

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive management of Exports and associated sub-products.

• Offer guidance and consultation to the Product Development Team regarding Trade Finance operations.

• Ensure adherence to all Bank Policies and Guidelines throughout procedures.

• Address customer complaints promptly and take necessary actions to resolve them.

• Conduct thorough due diligence when reviewing applications, especially for Priority Customers.

• Manage documentation related to Commodity Trade Operations.

• Guarantee that no unresolved reconciliation entries exist in Nostro or Internal accounts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a comprehensive understanding of Trade Finance products and functions.

• Certified in CDCS/CITF/CTFP.

• A minimum of 9-12 years of experience in the Trade Finance sector.
