This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Enhance operational performance through systematic, data-driven initiatives aimed at growth, efficiency, and excellence in execution.
• Collaborate with regional and functional leaders to evaluate performance, uncover root causes, and apply focused improvement strategies.
• Examine census trends, conversion rates, discharge patterns, provider efficiency, scheduling utilization, revenue cycle metrics, and cost structures.
• Recognize operational risks and apply strategies for mitigation.
• Lead change management initiatives for new processes, technologies, and performance enhancements.
• Perform root cause analyses and formulate corrective action plans.
• Foster accountability through performance scorecards, operational assessments, and metrics-driven management.
• Suggest and enact opportunities for process automation.
• Ensure operational practices adhere to policies, regulatory standards, and quality benchmarks.
• Guide operational leaders in performance improvement skills and best practices.
• Support the integration and stabilization of newly acquired clinics, programs, and service expansions.
• Work in tandem with technology and analytics teams to enhance data visibility, improve reporting accuracy, and derive operational insights.
• Create executive presentations, business cases, and operational summaries.
• Design and execute performance improvement projects with clear timelines, measurable results, and accountability.
• Develop scalable playbooks, standard operating procedures, and operational documentation.
• Advocate for continuous improvement, operational excellence, and accountability.
• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• PMP certification is highly desirable.
• An MBA, MHA, MPH, or related degree is preferred.
• 3–6 years of experience in healthcare operations within a similar role at a healthcare organization is required.
• Background as a management consultant, project manager, program manager, or process manager is essential.
• Must be located in the Eastern or Central Time Zone.
• Experience with private equity firms or a private equity-backed organization is strongly preferred.
