This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Manage Technical Engagements: Supervise and prioritize the workflow of OEM technical teams that facilitate NVIDIA product integration, ensuring alignment with sales strategies and design win goals.
• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) Activities: Organize and coordinate efforts, guiding teams to incorporate NVIDIA technologies into platforms with OEMs.
• Oversee End-to-End Solution Development: Direct the prioritization and sequencing of workstreams that yield comprehensive hardware and software solutions, ensuring cross-functional alignment and timely execution.
• Address OEM Partner Issues and Offer Support: Resolve complex customer challenges, manage partner concerns, and maintain robust technical relationships to guarantee satisfaction and prompt problem resolution.
• Coordinate Large-Scale Deployments: Guide the technical execution for significant customer deployments, aligning internal and external resources to ensure successful implementation.
• Recruit and Develop Talent: Engage in the recruitment process, lead interview panels, and create executive-level justifications for hiring new team members.
• Influence Strategy and Policy: Offer insights to business units, suggest procedural enhancements, and contribute to the OEM account strategy and roadmap planning.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or an MBA focused on IT management.
• Over 10 years of experience in OEM, ODM, datacenter operations, deployments, and management, with a minimum of 4 years in a leadership role.
• Proven Coordination Skills: Established ability to manage and prioritize workflows across technical engagements, NPI initiatives, and end-to-end solution development.
• OEM Experience: Understanding of OEM integration cycles, including product qualification and launch procedures.
• Technical Breadth: Comprehensive knowledge of NVIDIA’s solution portfolio, encompassing GPU, networking (NICs, DPUs, switches), and software stacks pertinent to data center and OEM deployments.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven experience in guiding cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, product) through intricate deployments and customer interactions.
• Ability to represent NVIDIA in Tier-1 OEM account reviews, manage customer issues, and cultivate trusted technical relationships with stakeholders.
• Project Management Expertise: Proficient in setting objectives, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely execution across multiple concurrent projects.
• Strategic Influence: Capable of shaping OEM engagement strategies, contributing to roadmap planning, and aligning with sales to enhance the adoption of NVIDIA solutions.
• Recruiting Competence: Familiar with NVIDIA’s hiring practices and adept at leading interview panels, assessing technical talent, and drafting executive-level hiring justifications.
