Manager, Nonclinical Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Delivering leadership and assistance regarding the operations of toxicology, ADME-PK, and bioanalysis.

• Quality control of non-clinical study (GLP or non-GLP) protocols and reports, along with management of study records and materials, constitutes a significant part of this role.

• Monitor study milestones and deliverables for internal reporting and management purposes.

• Act as the primary liaison among the nonclinical team, legal, and finance departments to ensure prompt contract placement and execution.

• Oversee invoice tracking and guarantee timely payments in coordination with the finance team.

• Aid in budget tracking and forecasting for all pertinent studies.

• Provide support for literature research and assist with regulatory and submission readiness as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in biomedical fields.

• 6 years of operational experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, preferably within a nonclinical department or group.

• Proficiency in Quality Control is essential.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the capability to collaborate effectively both internally within the organization and externally with CROs/Vendors.

• Strong understanding and knowledge of the scientific principles related to toxicology, ADME-PK, and/or bioanalysis.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
