Manager – NetSuite EPM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assist in Business Development and Sales efforts.

• Engage in and lead pre-sales discussions with existing and potential clients to evaluate project requirements and determine if Oracle / NetSuite Planning and Budgeting align with their needs.

• Collaborate with Engagement Management to establish timelines, resource plans, effort levels, and fee estimates essential for implementation to meet client goals.

• Develop and review work plans as well as draft proposals for thoroughness.

• Partner with Riveron team members to create effective and high-quality Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions.

• Take part in workshops to outline implementation strategies.

• Oversee all facets of our implementation methodologies.

• Utilize best practices for solution design and construction to meet client specifications.

• Configure the Oracle and NetSuite Planning and Budgeting (NSPB/PBCS) software to produce and present sustainable solutions to client executives and key stakeholders.

• Mentor and instruct client staff and consulting team members.

• Collaborate with practice leadership to create and deliver EPM-specific training, business development instruction, and relevant engagement materials/templates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems (MIS).

• Over 7 years of experience with Oracle EPM solutions, including a minimum of 4 years with Oracle PBCS / NSPB.

• Expertise in Oracle /NetSuite EPM Planning, particularly in pre-built models for Financial Planning and Workforce Planning architecture.

• Strong proficiency in Essbase, including cube design (ASO/BSO), calculation scripts, and performance optimization.

• Practical experience with Calculation Manager, Smart View, Data Management (FDMEE), and EPM Automate.

• Demonstrated experience in integrating Oracle/NetSuite ERP with EPM through Saved Searches and data pipelines.

• Comprehensive understanding of FP&A processes encompassing budgeting, forecasting, CapEx, Opex, and workforce planning.

• Capability to lead workshops, gather requirements, and provide business-oriented solutions.

• Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and business stakeholders effectively.
