This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Assists a Brand or Franchise organization in creating and implementing training solutions for a field sales team.
• Ensures that both Training & Development and Brand Strategy are well-represented in all training initiatives.
• Quickly establishes rapport with key stakeholders and manages multiple stakeholders across various levels.
• Offers coaching and constructive feedback to National Field Trainers (NFT).
• Assesses the skill level of training participants and modifies coaching techniques as necessary.
• Develops Guest Trainers and/or Rotational Trainers.
• Leads cross-functional projects and may take on additional special initiatives within the training organization.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Over 5 years of field sales experience in the pharmaceutical sector as an Account Executive or District Manager.
• More than 2 years of experience in sales training.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards impacting Pharmaceutical Products (e.g., CFR 210/211, cGMP).
• Previous experience in leading projects with regional or national significance.
• Proven high-performing sales record and a strong understanding of factors that drive success in a commercial organization.
