Manager, National Account Manager – Walmart, Lidl

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of Walmart D82/Front End, Walmart D92/Gluten Free, and Lidl; provide support for Walmart D95/Meat Snacks.

• Achieve gross and net sales objectives in collaboration with the Director of Walmart and the Senior Director of Mass/Specialty.

• Lead initiatives for new product and category distribution.

• Assist in formulating Walmart's customer strategy and exploring new business opportunities.

• Co-manage line reviews.

• Jointly oversee Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with the Mass/Specialty team.

• Responsible for the sales projections of Walmart D82/D92.

• Conduct regular visits to Bentonville, AR to foster in-person relationships with buyers.

• Manage contributions to the internal forecasting system.

• Oversee the item catalog and setup processes.

• Handle replenishment management.

• Track customer forecasts and proactively relay updates.

• Analyze consumption and distributor data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods sector.

• At least 3 years of experience working directly with Walmart.

• Exceptional interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building abilities.

• Strong team player.

• High emotional intelligence with the ability to adapt your communication and collaboration style.

• Experience in a start-up environment is preferred.

• Background in sales planning, trade management, and forecasting.

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Data-driven with robust analytical skills.

• Familiarity with Walmart’s Retail Link portal is preferred.

• Experience with trade management and demand planning software.
