Manager, Monitoring & Site Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Direct the daily operations of the Clinical Monitoring capability.

• Manage resource allocation, performance oversight, and adherence to compliance standards.

• Safeguard the quality and integrity of clinical activities.

• Serve as a reliable representative for clinical monitoring and project teams throughout the entire study lifecycle.

• Develop policies and enhance processes for the monitoring function.

⛳️ Requirements

• College Diploma/University Degree in a pertinent field (preferably Health Sciences or Life Sciences, or possess SoCRA and/or ACRP Certification/Designation).

• At least 4-6 years of relevant experience.

• Proven experience in managing CRA personnel.

• Capability to provide training and/or mentoring to peers.

• Comprehensive understanding of applicable regulations and guidelines concerning clinical monitoring and GCP.

• Team-oriented with a customer-focused and solution-driven mindset.

• Excellent verbal, written, and organizational abilities.

• Proficient in managing multiple tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
