This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.
• Effectively achieves team objectives while understanding their impact on the broader Mobility team and associated teams.
• Dedicates time, energy, and enthusiasm to personal and team development to enhance performance and acquire knowledge in new domains.
• Provides ongoing support and constructive coaching to elevate employee effectiveness.
• Formulates both long-term and short-term strategies that align with Mobility's vision and goals, including setting targets to meet deadlines.
• Reports to Senior Management regarding metrics, targets, and project alignment.
• Reviews team budgets to ensure compliance and adherence.
• Oversees the creation of relevant processes and procedures for the prompt and accurate processing and monitoring of immigration and visa applications.
• Manages the preparation of documentation necessary for new service offerings and organizes training materials for use by other departments.
• Leverages multiple data sources to analyze and resolve complex issues.
• Possesses advanced knowledge in a professional area and basic knowledge across all immigration domains.
• Leads projects, delegates tasks, guides the team, and serves as a go-to resource for Mobility Specialists.
• Maintains regular interaction with key colleagues and stakeholders through both formal and informal channels to enhance relationships.
• Adapts communication styles to suit various situations and audiences based on group dynamics.
• Seeks to understand the current and future needs of relevant stakeholders and tailors services to better address those needs.
• Proactively identifies new ideas and opportunities from various immigration sources to boost productivity.
• Integrates AI and automation into their workflow to enhance efficiency and minimize manual effort across immigration operations.
• Views challenging situations and problems as opportunities for improvement.
• Proven experience managing a remote-first, high-volume operational team.
• A people-first leader capable of working independently and taking ownership of team results.
• Demonstrated experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or similar roles within the immigration sector.
• A solid understanding of immigration processes and typical procedures involved in compliance.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Previous experience in the tech industry or a rapidly growing scaling environment is preferred.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Experience working remotely is a plus.
