Manager, MIH Initiatives

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Assist in the execution of programs and initiatives focused on maternal and infant health.

• Oversee specific projects and initiatives that align with the mission priorities of March of Dimes and the state strategy.

• Collaborate with community partners and the Director to identify priority populations and explore program opportunities.

• Coordinate with the Director regarding program activities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure effective implementation.

• Deliver program updates, reports, and success stories that showcase community outcomes and advancements.

• Foster and sustain relationships with community partners, maternal and child health organizations, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.

• Assist in the recruitment and engagement of volunteers and partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in planning and implementing maternal/child health programs.

• Background in community engagement.

• Knowledgeable about the geography, key institutions, and significant partners and volunteers.

• Experience in convening partners and facilitating meetings with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Capability to identify and recruit lead volunteers.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred.
