This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and oversee a team of mid-market sales representatives dedicated to executing and converting leads while driving revenue growth.
• Formulate and execute sales strategies to achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
• Track and manage both individual and team performance, offering coaching, training, and constructive feedback to boost productivity.
• Hold regular one-on-one meetings with sales representatives to evaluate performance, address challenges, and plan for success.
• Supervise the sales pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of qualified opportunities, guiding representatives through the sales cycle from initial lead to closure.
• Participate in customer calls alongside sales representatives to provide strategic support, facilitate deal progression, and offer real-time coaching to enhance sales conversations and results.
• Utilize channel partnerships (VARs, distributors, and resellers) to generate pipeline, expedite deal cycles, and increase win rates through effective co-selling strategies.
• Coach and empower sales representatives on how to engage, activate, and collaborate with channel partners to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Channel Sales teams to align on territory strategies, partner engagement, and joint go-to-market initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to expand and strengthen partner relationships, ensuring ongoing contributions to pipeline and revenue growth.
• Analyze sales data to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for enhancement, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment on lead generation, campaigns, and messaging.
• Continuously refine and enhance sales processes and tools to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Keeper’s product offerings, customer needs, and market dynamics.
• Foster a high-energy, positive sales culture that encourages the team to excel.
• Willingness to travel to and from customer meetings (locally and nationally) and rent and/or operate a vehicle on behalf of the company.
• Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience as a Sales Manager in the SaaS cybersecurity industry, preferably with mid-market sales teams.
• Experience in selling privileged access management (PAM) solutions.
• Proven history of achieving or surpassing sales targets and leading a high-performing sales team.
• Demonstrated success in leveraging channel partnerships (VARs, distributors, resellers) to drive pipeline, influence deals, and close business.
• Established ability to coach and develop sales teams on effective partner engagement strategies and best practices in the channel.
• Strong understanding of SaaS sales processes, lead qualification, and CRM systems, with a preference for Salesforce experience.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Data-driven approach with experience analyzing sales metrics to inform decision-making.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, constantly evolving market environment.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to tackle challenges and devise creative solutions.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
