This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Spearhead revenue integrity and analytics strategy by advising on strategic initiatives.

• Lead collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams and risk adjustment analysts.

• Convert intricate financial and risk adjustment data into actionable business intelligence.

• Advocate for advanced data science initiatives through the development of predictive models.

• Provide strategic, data-driven insights and work closely with stakeholders to ensure revenue accuracy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Business Statistics, Accounting, or Finance OR a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

• 5 years of experience working with external clients, large employers, brokers, or consultants OR 5 years of experience presenting analytic results to both internal and external stakeholders.

• 5 years of experience involving data analysis and information reporting specific to healthcare data.

• 2 years of leadership experience.

• Strong negotiation, decision-making, organizational, and analytical skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in presentations.

• Proficient in PC applications such as Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
