This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Assist in the comprehensive media activation strategy for all brand marketing initiatives related to our iGaming products in conjunction with the Senior Director.
• Create and implement innovative, insight-driven media strategies and plans that enhance brand visibility while achieving measurable business results.
• Work collaboratively with various internal and external teams, including Brand Marketing, Creative, Analytics, User Acquisition, and Insights, to facilitate a cohesive communications planning process throughout the marketing organization.
• Oversee and manage partner media agencies concerning media strategy and planning, as well as auditing media purchases to ensure optimal strategic channel allocation and placements.
• Assist in conducting media channel tests that align with all key marketing objectives, such as brand awareness and consideration, customer acquisition efficiency, and impacts on customer retention and lifetime value.
• Evaluate test outcomes and work with the Senior Director to translate findings into actionable recommendations that shape future media investments and creative strategies.
• Develop exemplary media and creative trafficking plans that guarantee seamless execution across all channels in collaboration with user acquisition channel leaders.
• Aid in establishing clear processes, governance, and quality standards for media activation and creative execution.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline (MBA is a plus).
• 6-10 years of progressive experience in media strategy, particularly with a robust background in the real money gaming sector.
• Previous experience in iGaming/Online Casino, especially on the operator side, is highly advantageous.
• Extensive experience in both brand and performance media, with a demonstrated ability to balance the two effectively.
• Experience in close collaboration with Creative, Analytics, and Integrated Marketing teams, along with a comprehensive understanding of performance marketing and brand storytelling.
• A deep passion for casino or gaming culture, with a well-honed understanding of iGaming audiences and effective communication strategies with them.
