This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and enhance the Salesforce and Pardot infrastructure, including campaign organization, lead lifecycle management, and data integrity.
• Design and refine marketing automation initiatives such as Nurture campaigns, Lead scoring, Routing workflows, MQL automation, and Lifecycle progression.
• Identify and implement improvements to increase scalability, efficiency, and operational consistency across digital marketing strategies.
• Create and sustain standardized reporting across various platforms: Website, Campaigns, Email, Paid media, Social influence, and Pipeline contribution.
• Develop reports that provide actionable insights and recommendations, moving beyond mere metrics.
• Assist in addressing crucial business inquiries, such as: What content is driving engagement and conversions? How does social media impact the sales cycle? What user behaviors follow after visitors arrive on the website?
• Oversee GA4 infrastructure, which includes: Event tracking, Conversion tracking, Funnel visibility, and User journey analysis.
• Guarantee accurate attribution and tracking across various digital channels and systems.
• Integrate website, social media, campaigns, CRM, and marketing automation platforms into a unified measurement framework.
• Collaborate closely with teams in Demand generation, Social media, Content, Digital marketing, and Sales operations.
• Lead and mentor digital marketing team members focused on campaign execution and website optimization.
• Work with external agencies and technology partners as required.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, revenue operations, or digital analytics.
• Practical experience with Salesforce and Pardot/Account Engagement.
• Proven experience in developing or enhancing marketing automation and lead lifecycle programs.
• Strong grasp of attribution models, funnel reporting, and B2B demand generation metrics.
• Familiarity with GA4, tracking infrastructure, and conversion analysis.
• Experience in creating executive-level dashboards and performance reports.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
