Manager – Manufacturing Software and Networks

📋 Description

• Direct oversight and management of a team of 19 individuals supporting software and networking systems for manufacturing operations.

• Engage with NGMS users on various tactical and strategic matters related to IT systems and solutions that influence manufacturing operations.

• Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance existing internal processes and foster integration with other teams.

• Offer guidance and supervision to team members to ensure the successful completion of key deliverables.

• Comprehend the needs and use cases of manufacturing operations to steer the team towards achieving business objectives.

• Provide technical leadership to the team, focusing on quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

• Mentor team members in their career paths by identifying and assigning challenging assignments while communicating areas for growth.

• Recruit and onboard new personnel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience; or a Master’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience leading a technical team.

• At least 5 years of experience in software, networking, cyber security, analytics, or manufacturing.

• US Citizenship is mandatory, along with eligibility to obtain a US Government clearance after hiring.
