• Lead, mentor, and empower a team of Luxe Market Managers throughout NAMER and LATAM, establishing clear expectations and fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and ongoing development.
• Act as the primary leader for your team — offering business coaching, clear guidance, and direct support on intricate host relationships, market launches, and escalations.
• Identify and nurture emerging talent, preparing team members for enhanced roles and increased responsibilities.
• Oversee the comprehensive supply strategy for NAMER and LATAM, prioritizing initiatives related to acquisition, host quality, and portfolio optimization.
• Direct territory-level strategies, guiding teams to customize their approaches based on market maturity, host segmentation, and the competitive landscape.
• 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, luxury hospitality, or marketplace management, including 4+ years in leadership roles overseeing and scaling field-based teams.
• Extensive knowledge of the luxury travel and real estate sectors in NAMER and/or LATAM, with a proven ability to drive local growth across varied and complex markets.
• Established history of meeting or surpassing supply acquisition and revenue objectives through team efforts in a fast-paced, metrics-focused environment.
• Experience in building and managing high-value partnerships with luxury real estate professionals, property managers, or estate operators.
• Proficient in CRM tools and performance dashboards, with the capability to maintain pipeline integrity and promote data-driven decisions within your team.
• Proficiency in English is required; Spanish proficiency is highly preferred.
