• Lead, mentor, and nurture a team of Luxe Market Managers throughout NAMER and LATAM.
• Manage the complete supply strategy for NAMER and LATAM.
• Advocate for the Luxe brand and uphold quality standards across the region.
• Oversee regional business performance, ensuring that markets achieve supply, revenue, and quality KPIs.
• Over 10 years of experience in sales, business development, luxury hospitality, or marketplace management.
• More than 4 years of experience in leading and expanding field-based teams.
• In-depth understanding of the luxury travel and real estate sectors in NAMER and/or LATAM.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing supply acquisition and revenue objectives.
• Experience in developing and managing high-value relationships with luxury real estate professionals.
• Proficient with CRM tools and performance tracking dashboards.
• Required proficiency in English.
• Strong preference for proficiency in Spanish.
