This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Lead, mentor, and nurture a team of Luxe Market Managers throughout NAMER and LATAM.
β’ Manage the complete supply strategy for NAMER and LATAM.
β’ Advocate for the Luxe brand and uphold quality standards across the region.
β’ Oversee regional business performance, ensuring that markets achieve supply, revenue, and quality KPIs.
β’ Over 10 years of experience in sales, business development, luxury hospitality, or marketplace management.
β’ More than 4 years of experience in leading and expanding field-based teams.
β’ In-depth understanding of the luxury travel and real estate sectors in NAMER and/or LATAM.
β’ Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing supply acquisition and revenue objectives.
β’ Experience in developing and managing high-value relationships with luxury real estate professionals.
β’ Proficient with CRM tools and performance tracking dashboards.
β’ Required proficiency in English.
β’ Strong preference for proficiency in Spanish.
