Manager, Loan Processing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• The processing manager oversees the policies and procedures concerning all internal and external communications, document collection and review from borrowers and relevant third parties, as well as the provision of necessary disclosures and appraisal requirements to ensure the marketability of originated loan files. This role also involves maintaining all relevant regulatory and compliance documentation related to credit, fraud, and vendor management.

• Ensure that all communications and processing activities comply with applicable company policies and procedures alongside regulatory standards.

• Engage in regular audits conducted by Compliance, relevant Investors/Agencies, and provide responses as needed for loan-level or system-related activities.

• Collaborate with relevant business line leaders both internally and externally to gather and deliver feedback, offering coaching as required.

• Manage the pipeline for all direct reports to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators are met, with any deviations reported directly to the President.

• Create ongoing cross-training initiatives for all team members, including career development plans with documented milestones to ensure coverage across departments.

• Provide Business/System Analyst(s) with detailed requests as needed for technology platform modifications, including relevant business plans that reflect efficiency improvements and/or cost savings where applicable.
