This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversee Lifecycle Strategy and Performance
• Manage and enhance the lifecycle roadmap, focusing on onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention.
• Take ownership of performance metrics related to engagement, offering insights and recommendations.
• Identify potential opportunities and prioritize initiatives based on their impact and feasibility.
• Execute and Optimize Multi-Channel Programs
• Create, launch, and refine campaigns across various channels, including push, SMS, in-app, and email.
• Collaborate with Design and Content teams to craft mobile-first creative assets and messaging.
• Ensure real-time, dynamic personalization utilizing customer data and behavioral triggers.
• Design and uphold scalable, automated workflows that respond to user behavior and lifecycle stages for onboarding, activation, feature adoption, and ongoing engagement.
• Continuously enhance targeting, timing, and messaging through structured experimentation.
• Drive Experimentation and Insights
• Lead the testing strategy, including A/B and holdout testing, to assess incremental impact.
• Convert data into actionable insights and recommendations that enhance lifecycle performance.
• Collaborate with Analytics to ensure that measurement frameworks are precise and actionable.
• Manage Cross-Functional Execution
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to synchronize priorities, data availability, and implementation schedules.
• Identify and address gaps in data, tools, or processes that may hinder execution.
• Foster alignment among stakeholders and provide constructive pushback when priorities are ambiguous or conflicting.
• Ensure Operational Excellence and Compliance
• Guarantee that campaigns are executed accurately and punctually, with appropriate QA and monitoring.
• Take responsibility for deliverability, consent management, and adherence to regulatory and legal standards.
• Uphold high standards for data integrity and messaging quality.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing, ideally in B2C or fintech sectors.
• Practical experience in building and optimizing lifecycle programs using Iterable (preferred) or comparable marketing automation platforms such as Braze, Marketo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Extensive knowledge of multi-channel execution (push, email, SMS, and in-app messaging), including best practices for segmentation, automation, and deliverability.
• Strong technical skills in HTML, CSS, and dynamic scripting languages such as AMPscript or Handlebar logic.
• Demonstrated ability to build and enhance lifecycle programs through automation, segmentation, and personalization.
• Experience in designing and analyzing experiments (A/B testing, holdouts, incrementality).
• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands.
