Manager, Life Sciences – Healthcare Compliance Consulting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Conducting in-depth analyses of current healthcare policies and procedures to pinpoint gaps and areas for enhancement.

• Assisting clients in fortifying internal controls and boosting the efficiency of operations related to compliance.

• Engaging both independently and collaboratively to facilitate client projects across various service areas, which include: Compliance program gap analyses, Healthcare compliance risk assessments, evaluations of internal controls, Audit preparedness and mock interview sessions, Development and delivery of compliance training, Stakeholder interviews and strategic management analyses, Compliance benchmarking assessments, and Advisory services on healthcare compliance topics.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree in a related field or a Juris Doctor (JD) is strongly preferred.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• At least 4 years of experience in healthcare compliance within pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies, or relevant professional services experience focused on life sciences, or experience with a government agency (such as HHS-OIG or DOJ) related to healthcare compliance is necessary.

• A comprehensive understanding of HHS-OIG Compliance Program Guidance, DOJ Evaluation of Corporate Compliance Programs, PhRMA Code, AdvaMed Code, and other industry codes is essential.

• Proficient knowledge of the Anti-Kickback Statute (AKS), False Claims Act (FCA), FDA promotional regulations, and International Compliance Codes is required.

• Strong proficiency and demonstrated experience using the Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio) is necessary.
