Manager, Learning – Research

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee FJC’s learning, data, and evaluation strategies, including the development and enhancement of systems in line with FJC’s Strategic Direction.

• Collaborate with FJC’s impact teams and external partners to integrate evaluation and data into program design and implementation, offering data consultation on outcomes, metrics, and learning agendas for ongoing improvement.

• Supervise elements of field-wide data initiatives, such as FJC's field-wide Satisfaction Insights and Census, guaranteeing high-quality data collection, analysis, and reporting.

• Convert data into actionable insights, providing recommendations to enhance programs and ensure alignment with desired outcomes.

• Work in partnership with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to synthesize and elevate insights for decision-making and external communications.

• Undertake additional learning and research projects for the department as needed, including administrative tasks such as editing and creating presentations, documents, and finance-related documentation for the department.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in managing data, evaluation, learning, or research initiatives.

• Experience in designing, analyzing, and authoring data and research reports and insights.

• Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to utilize technology and interpersonal skills to execute and organize projects successfully.

• Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to collaborative tech tools. Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Asana, FormAssembly, Alchemer, Qualtrics, Decipher, R, Power BI, and AI software is preferred.

• Preferred familiarity with educational settings; exposure to Jewish camping or Jewish education is a plus.

• An advanced degree (Master's) is preferred.
