This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +5 more states.
• Assist in the training strategy by identifying, developing, and delivering training solutions for global Precision for Medicine functions.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create learning programs in areas such as translational sciences, clinical operations, project management, GCP, data management, and regulatory/compliance.
• Act as the main point of contact for training requests.
• Organize and monitor onboarding processes specific to new hire roles.
• Design and implement instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning training programs that adhere to adult learning principles.
• Offer initial triage and assistance regarding training tools, templates, and resources.
• Oversee and support the learning platforms and systems utilized by the Learning & Development (L&D) function.
• Keep training documentation, records, and regulatory reports up to date.
• Develop and maintain role-based curricula, including conducting annual reviews and updates to training-hour requirements.
• Work in partnership with functional leadership, stakeholders, subject matter experts, and L&D leadership.
• A graduate, postgraduate, or 4-year college degree, or equivalent experience in a scientific or healthcare field.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in learning and development supporting delivery teams within a Clinical Research Organisation (CRO).
• Proficient in learning development platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information in English.
• Strong writing and recordkeeping capabilities.
• Competence in planning and managing multiple complex projects.
• Ability to foster positive working relationships with both internal and external individuals and teams.
• Fundamental understanding of medical terminology and clinical trial activities related to the execution of a clinical development plan.
