This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to evaluate training requirements, create, and design relevant content, and implement effective learning solutions.
• Oversee the organization and execution of role-specific onboarding for new hires at Precision for Medicine, which includes scheduling and tracking activities as necessary.
• Create and facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning training programs that adhere to adult learning principles.
• Act as the initial point of contact for training inquiries and offer assistance regarding existing tools, templates, and resources.
• Administer and support the learning platforms and systems utilized by the Learning and Development (L&D) function.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of training documentation, records, and reporting in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Work in partnership with functional leadership to develop and uphold role-based curricula by department, including documented annual reviews of curricula and training hour requirements, with updates implemented as regulations, organizational needs, or role expectations change.
• Bachelor’s degree, advanced degree, or equivalent experience in a scientific or healthcare field.
• At least 4-6 years of clinical trial experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO sectors, and/or healthcare environments, with a minimum of 4 years in roles directly linked to clinical trial execution supporting training and development for delivery teams.
• Expertise with learning development platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information effectively in English.
• Strong writing and documentation skills.
• Capable of planning and managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to foster positive working relationships with individuals and teams, both internally and externally.
• Fundamental understanding of medical terminology and clinical trial processes in relation to the execution of a clinical development plan.
• Extensive knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines pertaining to clinical trial management.
