Manager, Learning and Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• The Learning and Development Manager acts as a strategic technical partner within the Quality department, overseeing the advancement of the company’s digital learning ecosystem.

• Responsible for the complete lifecycle of technical training, from the architectural design of the Learning Management System to the development of impactful, interactive instructional content.

• Modernizes numerous Standard Work Instructions by transforming them from static documents into compelling, multimedia learning modules.

• Serves as a regional consultant for site leadership, delivering the technical training, data insights, and system support essential for sustaining rapid organizational growth while adhering to rigorous audit and compliance standards.

• Aids in the creation of interactive content, training videos, and gamification modules, shifting from "read-only" instructions to captivating learning experiences.

• Oversees daily system maintenance, addresses user troubleshooting issues directly, and executes the technical roadmap for LMS phase development.

• Functions as a technical point of contact for sites, training site leadership in LMS management, and communicating available metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a B.S. in Instructional Design, Computer Science, Education, or Quality Systems.

• Advanced expertise in LMS architecture, video creation and editing, and proficiency in Google Workspace tools.

• Prior experience utilizing Gemini or Notebook LM for expedited content development.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for better understanding.

• Strong grammar and writing capabilities.

• Capacity to engage with diverse audiences, from executive leadership to site-level associates.

• Must be adept at managing multiple content projects simultaneously and prioritizing in line with rapid site growth.

• Knowledge of document control, high-tech environments, and swift content deployment.

• Preferred - Certification in Instructional Design.
