This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the Leadership Academies, which includes the Regional Leadership Academies (RLAs) and the Global Leadership Academy (GLA).

• Responsible for enhancing the Leadership Academies program by standardizing content and delivery, ensuring it remains transformative while providing a uniform member experience globally, and expanding access to more members in the future.

• Lead the development and execution of programs while managing program health.

• Assist in the ongoing design of the curriculum, directly consult with both external and internal content creators, speakers, and identified Subject Matter Experts, and collaborate with individuals to create instructional content.

• Conduct continuous needs assessments for the ongoing evolution of the program, collaborating with relevant organizational stakeholders, particularly regional teams, to implement assessment tools, evaluations, and identify trends related to knowledge gaps, trainer delivery, and individual learning styles.

• Manage stakeholder relationships: oversee the Leadership Academies’ facilitator community, provide ongoing training and resources, conduct training sessions for international program stakeholders, and advise program stakeholders on a weekly basis.

• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and comprehensive training materials to equip staff and member leaders for program execution, and create systems to effectively manage multiple projects.

• Ensure clarity in roles and responsibilities with the Events team regarding standards and logistical support for the Academies.

• Attend Leadership Academies as needed in an observational and supportive role to facilitate the program's continuous improvement.

• Assist in the ongoing development of leadership curriculum, aligned with EO Leadership Principles and Leadership Mindset.

• Assess ongoing opportunities for delivering leadership training in a virtual format.

• Engage in continuous collaboration and discussions cross-functionally for improved alignment and co-creation.

• Lead special project working groups as necessary.

• Be open to cross-training in content development, regional programming, and related leadership initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in program development and project management.

• Demonstrated experience in designing and executing leadership or learning programs.

• Background in learning and development with some facilitation experience required.

• Experience working with diverse teams across geography, culture, and time zones; leading diverse multi-functional/regional project teams.

• Progressive experience in coaching leadership teams and organizational development.

• Ability to accommodate global travel and flexible working hours.

• Proficiency in database and Excel management with well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.

• Excellent customer service, organizational, and collaboration abilities.

• Preferred skills in computer software and personal development training.

• Capable of engaging with entrepreneurs with tact, diplomacy, and poise.

• Committed to promoting quality through continuous performance improvement.

• Exercise sound judgment and possess strong interpersonal communication skills.

• Work harmoniously and effectively with others as a team member.

• A self-starter eager to demonstrate ownership and commitment to the role.

• Maintain confidentiality and discretion.
