Manager, Key Customer Accounts

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for selling and managing corporate accounts linked to Arcwood’s clientele while collaborating with Regional Sales teams, involving travel up to 50% of the time.

• Emphasizes health and safety by complying with policies, procedures, and ensuring safe practices at all times.

• Collaborates with Regional Sales organizations to engage with corporate EHS, product lines, purchasing professionals, and technical buyers to gain insights into both local and corporate-wide requirements.

• Engages with divisional, regional, and corporate executives to identify a diverse array of professional services opportunities and fosters robust relationships with customers.

• Works in partnership with Sales, Marketing, and other Corporate Account Managers to establish a more targeted sales strategy.

• Applies effective negotiation skills during the execution of agreements and service offerings.

• Oversees business support staff to ensure proper scheduling, proposal preparation, and timely responses to customer inquiries and complaints.

• Fosters positive relationships for the Company by participating in community and government activities.

• Stays informed about competitors' offerings, including products and services.

• Trains, coaches, mentors, and develops Account Managers.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (mandatory)

• 6+ years of experience in general business, sales, or account management, including 3+ years in the environmental industry/business development (mandatory)

• Alternatively, 15+ years of general business sales or account management experience (mandatory)
