• Reporting to the Senior Director of Key & National Accounts, the Key Accounts Manager will oversee the relationships, strategies, and performance associated with a specified portfolio of key account agencies and consortia.
• Take ownership of sales performance for designated key accounts and consortia.
• Create and implement strategic account plans to achieve passenger and revenue objectives.
• Identify growth opportunities through effective data analysis and a comprehensive understanding of partner business models and capabilities.
• Act as the primary relationship manager for assigned accounts, serving as the senior point of contact.
• Conduct regular business reviews, strategy meetings, and performance evaluations.
• Participate in agency events such as national conferences, top producer gatherings, luxury and river-specific events, familiarization sailings, and inaugurals, among others.
• Collaboratively develop and manage co-op marketing plans with key accounts and internal leadership.
• Oversee the execution of campaigns, events, and promotions linked to measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment of sales, marketing, and commercial execution.
• Operate effectively within assigned budgets, ensuring alignment with ROI and commercial priorities.
• Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Communications) or an equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience.
• A minimum of 3+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Preferred 5+ years of experience in cruise industry sales.
• Strong comprehension of trade sales channels within the hospitality sector.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage and prioritize multiple projects based on critical business needs.
• Exceptional presentation and persuasion skills (both in-person and virtual).
• Strong aptitude for problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to effectively communicate and present information to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, both internally and externally.
• Proficient in creating presentation decks and utilizing data visualization tools.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
