Manager, IT Solutions Design

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the onboarding of new assignments, which includes data conversion, configuration, and data loading.

• Oversee system administration tasks, encompassing configuration, security management, maintenance, updates, and technical support.

• Implement change management practices for upgrades, hotfixes, stored procedures, and SQL enhancements, while ensuring compliance with control standards.

• Assist in Yardi hardware and software upgrade projects through planning, testing, deployment, and validation phases.

• Aid in the creation of user training materials and documentation for new system functionalities, reporting, and operational processes.

• Keep abreast of AI capabilities introduced by application vendors and evaluate their operational significance.

• Develop custom reports using YSR and SQL.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is REQUIRED.

• 3-5+ years of relevant/professional experience is REQUIRED.

• Experience with Yardi Real Estate Software, including knowledge of database schema and international/global configurations, is REQUIRED.

• Candidates must possess authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• 5+ years of relevant/professional experience is PREFERRED.
