This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.
• Mentor, develop, and coach team members to enhance their skills.
• Establish and execute service level and quality benchmarks, ensuring the team consistently meets or surpasses expectations.
• Formulate and implement action plans, providing precise documentation and guaranteeing that all work is transparently available to the business in real-time.
• Manage organizational change by coordinating initiatives that drive success.
• Take responsibility for several key client-facing aspects of CSS, necessitating a high degree of coordination and consultation to align with customer expectations.
• Act as a pivotal contributor in the Implementation support area, ensuring that client implementation goals and deliverables are consistently achieved.
• Prior experience in the travel industry.
• Proven ability to lead global teams.
• Demonstrated success in managing projects within travel management operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Must be dependable and adaptable with working hours according to project needs.
