This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Lead and enhance a regional payroll team
• Manage complete payroll operations across all active APAC nations
• Create and execute customized workflows
• Offer internal payroll expertise and strategic advice
• Ensure precise processing for quarterly and year-end cycles
• Keep up-to-date with changing payroll laws and regulations
• Serve as a key stakeholder and subject matter authority
• Assist in internal control and compliance initiatives
• Carry out other related responsibilities as needed
• Over 6 years of experience in global payroll operations
• More than 2 years of experience leading a regional or international payroll team
• In-depth understanding of payroll tax regulations and statutory obligations across various APAC countries
• Demonstrated experience in utilizing and enhancing payroll software and global systems
• Proficient in Excel, including advanced data analysis and financial modeling capabilities
• Outstanding communication and client-facing skills
• Strong interpersonal and team collaboration abilities
• Relevant professional certifications will be considered a significant asset.
