This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to create and implement research, analytics, and scalable resources.

• Establish and nurture strong working relationships with internal teams, leadership, and external partners.

• Work alongside stakeholders to grasp evolving business requirements and suggest scalable analytical or reporting solutions.

• Proficient in using AI-driven tools to expedite research, organize data, enhance analytical outputs, and aid in the development of scalable resources and deliverables.

• Proven financial and analytical skills, including the capacity to create practical financial models, feasibility tools, and analytical resources that can be widely deployed across consulting and training efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

• 3–5+ years of experience in analytics, research, consulting, or project-based roles.

• Experience in developing reporting frameworks to facilitate business decision-making, simple analytical models, and surveys.

• Strong proficiency in Excel and analytical tools, including experience in building models, dashboards, or structured outputs.

• Familiarity with survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics), including survey design, deployment, and reporting, is preferred.

• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives, prioritize needs, and align outputs with broader business goals.

• Understanding of healthcare, medical practice operations, medical aesthetics, or consulting environments is advantageous.
