• Assists in leading client delivery relationships across multiple practice areas, including SOC 1, SOC 2, and HIPAA engagements.
• Collaborates with other Service Line Managers for joint SOC and other audit framework engagements.
• Ensures the delivery of high-quality services for client engagements.
• Manages client relationships, staffing, and overall delivery.
• Contributes to the growth of the IAS practice.
• Aids in the recruitment and hiring processes.
• Guides and develops talent to support the rapid expansion of the IAS practice.
• Willingness to work Mid-shift (3:00 PM – 12:00 MN PHT).
• Work setup: Remote.
• Possession of a relevant certification (CPA, CISA, CRISC, CIPP, CISSP, CISM, etc.).
• Over 5 years of IT Audit experience, including at least 1 year managing SOC Audits or similar audit engagements.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to create outstanding written reports and audit documentation.
• Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and a creative problem-solving approach with a consultancy mindset.
• Flexible and self-motivated, capable of interacting with various client and firm management levels.
• Ability to lead engagement teams, review work papers and testing, and manage client relationships effectively.
• Capacity to train and develop interns, associates, and senior associates.
• Willingness and ambition to assist with sales and the growth of the practice.
• Skilled in project management, including the ability to manage multiple delivery teams and clients simultaneously.
