This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Identification and acquisition of potential partners in the residential sector within the German market

• Personalized consulting for landlords, property owners, and property management companies regarding operational housing concepts and the establishment of long-term partnerships

• Support for partners through phone, written communication, and virtual meetings while ensuring a professional and positive service experience

• Explanation of complex tax and financial issues related to housing

• Active participation in the further development of our services and processes in the area of housing acquisition

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional experience in the real estate sector in Germany, such as a broker, in property management, or in similar fields

• Ability to convey complex issues clearly and persuasively, even to diverse target groups

• Proficient use of IT systems, CRM tools, and digital applications

• Independent, structured, and responsible working style

• Excellent German language skills, along with a communicative and charismatic personality
