Manager II, Clinical Operations FSO, FSP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and enhance the capabilities of a team of clinical professionals.

• Drive initiatives related to performance management, career growth, employee engagement, and succession planning.

• Ensure adherence to high standards of quality, compliance, and regulatory oversight.

• Oversee resource allocation, utilization, workload forecasting, and workforce planning.

• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and talent development efforts.

• Collaborate with project teams, sponsors, and operational leaders to ensure effective study delivery.

• Advocate for continuous improvement, standardization, and operational excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

• At least 5 years of clinical research experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare setting.

• Experience in supporting the delivery of global or regional clinical trials.

• Previous experience in people leadership with a proven track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams is preferred.

• Capability to balance employee engagement with accountability for performance.

• Strong comprehension of clinical trial operations, GCP, and quality standards.

• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and coaching abilities.
