This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement the strategy aimed at creating personalized player experiences for our Casino and Golden Nugget brands.
• Take charge of the performance regarding the on-site player journey by establishing essential performance metrics.
• Create and refine merchandising strategies by utilizing customer segmentation and insights from the customer lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the Product, Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, and Revenue Operations teams.
• Drive a thorough experimentation strategy by pinpointing opportunities and expanding successful experiences.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences across multiple platforms.
• Influence the future of the casino experience by introducing new capabilities to the market.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in iGaming, online gaming, or another digital consumer-focused industry.
• A solid understanding of casino operations, lobby strategy, and customer engagement practices.
• Demonstrated experience in developing strategies for personalization, merchandising, or customer experience.
• Strong analytical skills along with strategic problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, and Operations teams.
• Exceptional communication skills and adept at stakeholder management.
