This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the designated sub-portfolio segment by managing planning, governance suggestions, and lifecycle choices (refresh, end-of-life, build/buy/partner).
• Supervise performance analysis and reporting for the sub-portfolio, evaluate financial outcomes, implement risk mitigation tactics, and initiate corrective measures.
• Oversee execution, identify risks, and escalate early issues to safeguard launch timelines and performance results.
• Facilitate Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to ensure transparency and financial alignment within the sub-portfolio.
• Collect voice-of-the-customer insights to guide portfolio decision-making.
• Promote portfolio services and solutions both internally and to customers.
• Take ownership of business cases and prioritize the sub-portfolio.
• Generate decision-ready materials for stage gates and leadership evaluations, including evidence of readiness, risks/issues, dependencies, and cost-to-serve considerations.
• Maintain readiness checklists and ensure follow-through across transaction, sales, service, and support processes, including ordering/provisioning prerequisites, pricing/packaging guidelines, onboarding workflows, service level agreements (SLAs), enablement, and support transitions.
• Coordinate with Design, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to align with quarterly priorities and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
• Manage a portfolio valued at up to $150M comprising Document Management and Document Intelligence solutions.
• Drive year-over-year revenue growth and enhance gross margins for the sub-portfolio segment through effective packaging and cost optimization strategies.
• Execute strategic initiatives through thorough analysis, informed decision-making, and effective execution.
• Maintain operational cadence with MBRs/QBRs and lead corrective actions across portfolio financials and serviceability.
• Ensure product launches meet readiness criteria for transaction, sales, service, and support.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience managing a P&L or revenue-generating portfolio, including direct accountability for commercial results (pricing, packaging, lifecycle, go-to-market strategies).
• Proven history of expanding a portfolio of products or services at or above market compound annual growth rate (CAGR) for over 2 consecutive years, resulting in quantifiable revenue or margin enhancements.
• Experience in managing prioritization trade-offs within a multi-product or multi-offering portfolio under resource constraints.
• Ability to construct a business case and ROI model with measurable performance outcomes that meet or surpass expectations.
• Familiarity with Document Management and/or Document Intelligence (Intelligent Document Processing) products is advantageous.
• Strong leadership in cross-functional execution and stakeholder management within matrixed organizations.
• Understanding of commercialization readiness essentials (onboarding processes, SLAs, enablement, support transitions).
• Strong analytical skills: KPI definition, disciplined dashboarding, and structured problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capacity to prepare work for governance forums in a decision-ready format.
• In-depth knowledge of portfolio prioritization frameworks, stakeholder dynamics, and investment reasoning.
• Pragmatic (Foundational preferred) and understanding of Agile/Product Marketing principles.
• Proficient in Excel and standard BI/CRM reporting tools.
• Experience with Aha or similar product management software.
• Willingness to travel moderately at regional and national levels.
