This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
β’ Lead, advocate for, and implement initiatives that support the transformation of the SSM Health environment.
β’ Analyze current business processes, future objectives, and system capabilities to identify solutions and facilitate change.
β’ Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, which includes recruitment, performance management, training and development, compensation recommendations, and employee separations.
β’ Manage the installation, conversion, and upgrades of HR technology; develop implementation strategies; assess automation opportunities and conduct cost-benefit analyses.
β’ Align projects and interdependencies, coordinate resource availability, facilitate transitions to operations, and drive organizational change.
β’ Convert business requirements into innovative technological solutions and features.
β’ Develop, sustain, and implement strategic roadmaps for HR Centers of Excellence, encompassing user experience, talent management, recruitment, learning, total rewards, and HR service delivery.
β’ Manage project risks and issues, set success metrics, and monitor project performance.
β’ Generate metrics and dashboards for workload and team effectiveness; oversee and report on SLAs and KPIs.
β’ Resolve critical system performance challenges and assist with demand management and capacity planning.
β’ Offer strategic insights on HR technology solutions and approaches.
β’ Act as a strategist, problem solver, team facilitator, and barrier remover within HR technology and the larger HR team.
β’ Lead teams and foster a culture of innovation and trust.
β’ Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.
β’ Demonstrated experience in leading HR technology teams.
β’ Strong proficiency in Workday administration, optimization, and strategic planning.
β’ Proven experience in people leadership and talent development.
β’ Experience in leading system enhancements, process improvements, and organizational change initiatives.
β’ Ability to collaborate across departments to align technology solutions with business objectives.
β’ Strong skills in project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
β’ Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
β’ Five years of experience, including two years in leadership and two years in Information Technology change management.
β’ Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0β25 lbs.
β’ Regular sitting, standing, walking, reaching, and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.
β’ Frequent visual acuity and depth perception for near and far distances, along with color identification.
β’ Regular hearing and speech capabilities for effective oral communication; ability to hear alarms and malfunctioning equipment.
β’ Frequent use of a keyboard for data entry.
β’ Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting, and gripping.
β’ Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25β50 lbs.
β’ Rare climbing required.
β’ No specific professional license or certification needed.
