This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Assist in translating the hotel revenue strategy into actionable steps that enhance hotel attachment and boost commissionable booking performance.
• Develop and sustain an enablement plan that aligns with hotel revenue objectives, regional focuses, customer demographics, and market entry needs.
• Contribute to the enhancement of hotel revenue performance by associating enablement initiatives with commercial results, including attachment rates, commissionable booking figures, hotel expenditures, and overall revenue.
• Leverage data, field insights, and business priorities to suggest modifications to tools, materials, and workflows.
• Integrate strategy, analytics, product/tooling, and operational realities into actionable enablement solutions.
• Promote awareness and usage of tools that facilitate the identification and action of hotel revenue opportunities.
• Offer informal leadership through expertise, structured guidance, and enablement support across various teams.
• Collaborate with teams to pinpoint and organize client-specific revenue growth opportunities, empowering the relevant stakeholders to take action.
• Significant experience in a TMC, corporate travel, hospitality, or a closely related B2B2C sector.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel category management, including sourcing strategy, content strategy, the landscape of booking platforms, compliance, and traveler engagement.
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
• Effective stakeholder management across various functions, levels, and regions.
• Comfortable working in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to collaborate successfully across global or multi-regional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience with BI and reporting tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is advantageous.
