Manager, Holistic Planning & Executive Communications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Create, refine, and oversee detailed demand and commercial forecasts by utilizing historical data, market trends, and insights from various business units.

• Spearhead the development of alternative demand scenarios and conduct trade-off analyses for pricing strategies, promotional activities, and adjustments in the portfolio.

• Work collaboratively with teams from Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to align forecasting efforts and enhance business planning.

• Evaluate forecast accuracy and commercial performance, pinpoint deviations and their causes, and provide data-driven recommendations.

• Enhance planning methodologies and tools by assessing existing processes, suggesting improvements, and promoting the adoption of best practices.

• Analyze intricate datasets and convert them into actionable strategies for the business.

• Assist in the design of advanced planning tools and drive process innovation.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in demand planning, commercial forecasting, or similar strategic positions.

• Background in fast-paced, data-driven environments.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is generally required.

• Expertise in planning software and advanced analytical tools.

• Capability to convey complex concepts clearly to a variety of audiences.

• Proven ability to collaborate across functions.

• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Advanced analytical skills.

• Leadership qualities suited for a dynamic, cross-functional role.

• Relevant certifications in forecasting, planning, or data analytics are a plus.
