Manager – HCP Data

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Cultivate a cooperative and driven team atmosphere, ensuring effective communication, engagement, and alignment towards common objectives.

• Skillfully manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to promote the success of Veeva Link products and initiatives.

• Recognize, design, and execute process enhancements to improve product performance, maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

• Lead and oversee transitions in personnel, processes, and technology to adapt to changing business requirements and guarantee smooth integration.

• Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of HCP data across all channels, facilitating data-driven decision-making and product dependability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an analytical or technical discipline, such as bioinformatics, computer science, or applied mathematics.

• Over 8 years of professional experience in data analysis or data quality.

• Proficient in spreadsheet applications (including pivot tables and nested formulas).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Experience in People Management (preferably led a large team of 300+ with at least 5 direct reports).
